O2 launches new online ‘My Account’ service

  • Staff Reporter
  • 20 December 2013

Business customers can now view bolt-on information and contract details, as well as retrieve PUK codes and order replacement SIM cards

O2 has launched a new online service that allows business customers (end users) to better monitor and manage their mobile accounts.

‘My Account’ allows customers to view bolt-on information, details of their contract including renewal dates, retrieve PUK codes, and order replacement SIMs.

It will run parallel to O2’s existing enterprise management service, “My O2 Business”, which launched three years ago, allowing customers to download or have bills emailed to them, schedule usage reports and monitor usage between bills.

The service was made available to a limited number of business customers on December 5, with roll out continuing over Christmas and the New Year.
