Gerry McQuade tells Mainline dealers importance of channel to network at 2015 Premium Partner Program at Wembley

EE has affirmed its commitment to the indirect channel at Mainline’s 2015 Premium Partner Program, which kicked off at Wembley today.

The indirect channel is central to EE’s ambition to become the communications provider of choice for business, EE chief of business sales and marketing Gerry McQuade told Mainline dealers in a presentation at the event.

The latest Premium Partner event is the first to be held since EE bought out Mainline back in december, as exclusively revealed by Mobile News.

EE and Mainline welcomed the distributors top performing partners to EE’s pitch side room at the national football stadium, with proceedings opened by Mainline sales and marketing director Martin Tufft.

“The event has been a fantastic opportunity to share our plans with our Premium Partners,” said Martin Tufft. “I’m also pleased we’ve been able to formally welcome new dealers to the Premium Partner Programme which goes further to underpin our ambition for 2015.”

The event involved presentations from Tariffcom’s Eric McCabe and from EE executives, including head of market intelligence Andrew Beurschgens, director of RAN development and programmes Mansoor Hanif and head of indirect corporate marketing Sharon Walker.

Partners also took part in a series of break-out discussions around best practices, the latest sales tools and listen to insights from the network. The day concluded with a stadium tour.
