Carphone Warehouse Business blames delayed paperwork from EE for late commissions
Dealers making EE connections through Carphone Warehouse Business are set to have their latest commission payments delayed by two days.
Carphone informed its dealer-base of the delay today (April 10), blaming the wait on having to process figures which are set to be provided late by EE.
According to the distributor EE was meant to send its financial statements in today, but it was then told the documents wouldn’t arrive until Friday. EE claims the statements have only been delayed by one day and payments will be paid to Carphone on time.
A spokesperson for EE told Mobile News: “The distribution of payment statements has been delayed by one day, but there will be no delay to the payment schedule.”
The delay in receiving commissions is the latest suffered by EE dealers who have complained to Mobile News of numerous problems with comissions in recent months.
