The Samsung distributor has also moved its office staff to work remotely during the coronavirus outbreak

Data Select has announced that it is ensuring that its supply chain remains operational as the distributor looks to support the NHS with Samsung smartphones and tablets.

To help do this, Data Select has transitioned its warehouse capability from Slough to Theale within the space of two weeks.

The distributor has also supported its workforce in being able to work remotely, while conducting a series of webinars.

Data Select director of product and purchasing Gareth Goddard said: “By continuing to support our network of enterprise resellers with access to the latest Samsung smartphones and tablets, they have been able to keep the supply of much needed technology to the NHS frontline.”

While Data Select head of marketing Adam Sweeney added: “It is so important to engage our reseller channel in times of change and through efficient collaboration with our Mobile Solutions team and brand partners, we have been able to line up a series of thought provoking webinars.

“Our weekly webinar series equips our resellers with everything they need, to leverage the latest in Mobile Workspace Solutions, ultimately improving their customer’s remote working experience.”
