Calyx gets the call for Shoretel Champion

Distributor says appointed is latest step towards being able to provide an end-to-end UC service

Unified Communications (UC) distributor Calyx has been appointed as a Shoretel Champion Partner.

Shortel offers a range of UC products and has a strong base in VoIP calling. Calyx says the partnership is the latest step in being able to supply end-to-end IT solutions.

“As remote working and home-working become ever- more prevalent, so the business case for effective unified communications solutions grows,” said Calyx chief executive Steve Clark.

He added: “For Calyx, the ShoreTel portfolio provides the cornerstone of our UC portfolio, enabling us to provide a true end-to-end solution to our customers.”

In addition to VoIP solutions, Shoretel also provides application integration functionality, as well as mobility tools for employees to work remotely.
