Price promoted in Brightstar Europe reorganisation

Brightstar Europe has promoted UK managing director to European marketing director, with Richard Turner taking charge of the UK business

Brightstar Europe UK managing director Tanny Price (pictured) has taken the job of European marketing director in a move, in the pipe for some months, that sees its top management team bolstered and realigned.

European sales director Richard Turner takes charge as UK and Ireland managing director for the European joint venture between Brightstar and IT distributor Tech Data. He is replaced by Valerie Turner, longtime account manager at Alcatel.

Also, Ulrik Bach-Anderson, formerly Brightpoint vice president and key account manager and Dangaard Telecom director of product management, joins as European business development director.
