Vodafone appoints Adam Stewart as head of digital

Stewart will join the operator on November 4 from online retailer Play.com

Vodafone has appointed Adam Stewart as head of digital, effective November 4.

Stewart will join the company from online retailer Play.com, where he held the role of marketing director.

Before joining Play.com Stewart worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland as head of online marketing.

The news follows several other senior staff changes at Vodafone including the resignation of CEO Guy Laurence (see here), who is due to leave in November.

Vodafone confirmed his appointment but declined to comment further.
