Virgin appoints new executive director of growth delivery

Director of planning and performance management Neil Bartholomew to take on role in New Year

Virgin Media has appointed current director of planning and performance management Neil Bartholomew as its executive director of growth delivery.

He will take up his role in the New Year and be responsible for sales planning and performance. Current executive director of growth delivery (sales) Pete Taddeo will help manage the transition for Bartholomew before returning to the United States in June 2012.

Bartholomew joined ntl in 2002 as national head of call centre development. He has also held the roles of director of channel management and director of planning and performance management at Virgin.

Virgin Media chief operating officer Andrew Barron said: “Neil has a great foundation to build on as he develops his team and helps bring next generation digital services to even more UK homes.”
