Brightstar has promoted former Brightstar US president Mike Cost to the role of global chief operating officer, responsible for all global IT, operations and human resource functions.
He will also lead worldwide retail management.
It has also made Patrick Stokes new president of Brightstar US. Stokes has 19 years experience in telecoms and was most recently vice president of merger integration at Verizon Wireless.
Brightstar global chief operating officer Andrew Weinberg takes the new role of chief strategy officer, in charge of acquisitions.
