Unique’s parent company IGB Group has been the subject of a restraint order and HM Revenue & Customs expects to soon charge individuals associated with the organisation in April.

Those people affected are also thought to be individuals who used to work for Unique Distribution before it was taken over by IGB.

Brightstar and Data Select have been involved in talks to take over Unique. But negotiations have not resulted in a deal.
