Store manager Steve Balfour said: “It will be significant investment. Hopefully it’ll result in us trebling the revenue of what is already a healthy business. There’ll be a well-manned customer support line, and staff photos will be on the site.”

He added: “Lots of dealers who do repairs and unlocking have a reputation with the public of being shady, so we’ll be addressing this concern.”
