Orange panned in latest MICS survey

Orange has been pinpointed as a poor performer in Aura Corporation’s annual Mobile Industry Customer Satisfaction Survey.

It’s the fifth year of marketing consultancy Aura’s survey, which rates networks, retailers and manufacturers. It polled 2,750 UK consumers. Scores of 80 are very good, with 60 poor, it said.

Orange fell 8.5 per cent in retail satisfaction, scoring 54.95; second last ahead of Phones 4U. Virgin was first.

Aura senior researcher Enrica Camilleri said: “It is below industry norms and some way behind. No one wants to be down in the 60 per cent range.”
