Mobile customers can text to support Burma appeal
UK mobile networks have set up a donation shortcode to support the Burma disaster.
Users can text "DONATE" to 83696 to donate £1.50 to the Disaster Emergency Committee, plus a standard message fee of 10p.
Funds wil be used to help victims of Cyclone Nargis, which ripped across the coast of Burma on May 2, claiming up to 100,000 lives.
