20:20 Mobile looks for large slice of the Apple accessory market

The UK market for core iPhone accessory products is worth £100m, not including those sold in the Apple store, distributor 20:20 Mobile claims.

According to 20:20 Mobile marketing and purchasing director Andrew Peat, the firm has been planning and working on accessories for the new device for the last year.

“Apple continues to drive mobile accessories sales and this launch will be key to the success of the UK accessory market in 2012,” Peat said. “We have been working alongside supply partners to ensure that our customer base is ready with compatible products from launch.”
