Carphone gets exclusive on N900
Carphone Warehouse has exclusives on the Nokia N900 and 5230 through
February. The N900 will initially be available on Vodafone; free on a
24-month £35 tariff.
Carphone chief commercial officer Graham Stapleton said: “I am confident the N900 will be successful. Nokia is an important partner for us. There’s no accident that Nokia will be mentioned a lot by us this year.”
Stapleton said last year’s Q1 propositions were not as strong as 2010’s line up.
Carphone expects a broader range of tablets and netbooks by April, when Best Buy UK opens its doors.
