Two new mobile broadband plans, one with 10Mbps cap

Vodafone has extended unlimited data allowance to its mobile broadband range of products, bringing SIMs, tablets, dongles and Mi-Fis into its unlimited portfolio.

Prices for SIMs and dongles start from £28 per month and £37 per month and £10 upfront for a Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e.

Vodafone also claims to be the only network to offer unlimited 5G roaming at no extra cost in more than 100 places in the UK and Europe – 40 UK locations and 68 across Germany Spain, Italy and Ireland. It claims this is more than twice as many as EE.

The operator is launching two mobile broadband plans – Unlimited and Unlimited Max. Unlimited starts at £28 per month and offers max speeds of 10Mbps, while Unlimited Max starts at £33 per month and gives speeds as fast as the device and network will allow.

Vodafone UK consumer director Max Taylor said: “We launched our market leading range of Unlimited mobile tariffs last year and now we expand Unlimited to include Mobile Broadband plans. Our customers are empowered to do more of what they love, wherever they may be on the UK’s best mobile data network.”
