Wynn joins the role from Sky Mobile and offers more than 15 years of experience in the mobile industry

The founding director of Sky Mobile, Liz Wynn, has assumed a directorial role at repair company iSmash, according to filings on Companies House.

A filing on the trading registry dated January 27, 2020 lists the appointment of Wynn as a director on November 11, 2019. The document in the filing lists her role as “commercial management/general management”.

Wynn, who boasts more than 15 years in the mobile industry, was mobile director at Sky from 2016 to 2018, joining after a six-year stint at EE. Before EE, she worked at Orange in marketing and pricing for seven years.

During her time at Sky Mobile, Wynn oversaw the MVNO’s commercial launch. Since leaving her mobile director role, she has held commercial directorial positions in the conglomerate’s Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and Sky TV divisions.

According to Wynn’s LinkedIn profile, her current role is managing director for Sky TV, with no mention of any iSmash appointment.

iSmash managing director Julian Shovlin declined to comment, citing an impending official announcement confirming Wynn’s role. Sky declined to comment.
