Vodafone upgrades Glasto app with improved navigation

Vodafone has updated its Official Glastonbury Festival app with live location sharing and step-counting as new features.

A live location pins users on a digital map of Worthy Farm making it easier to navigate among the the 900-acre site Meanwhile, a step count tracker has been added and Vodafone match the festival’s daily average step count with donations to its everyone.connected campaign.

The app has Spotify integration for curating playlists, shareable Line-Ups for day-planner, and Map Pinning for marking points of interest. Last year’s app was downloaded 226,215 times,

Vodafone signed a multi-year deal two years ago with the Glastonbury Festival to be Official Connectivity Partner, taking over from EE after 20 years.
