Vodafone is covering every phone on a monthly Evo contract for free warranty repairs as long as the customer has it and free replacement of a drained battery for up to three years of ownership.
Customers having battery issues use the Battery Refresh function in the My Vodafone app to check their battery status and visit a Vodafone store for free replacement. Battery Refresh covers battery health checks and replacements for up to three years as long as the customer has an Airtime plan.
The Lifetime Service Promise is on the flexible Vodafone EVO tariff that lets customers get the latest device at a flexible price. Customers decide how much to pay upfront and choose the length of their contract from three months to 35 months on an interest[free basis. EVO allows them to get a new phone after three months into their plan,
