Will depart Union Street in April after 14 years and sale to DWS three years ago
Union Street Technologies boss Vincent Disneur (above) will resign as managing director in April after After 14 years with the company where he started as a sales manager. Chief Financial Officer Kevin O’Brien will take over many of his responsibilities, managing the operational teams.
Union Street was sold three years ago to Digital Wholesale Solutions, and now has 1,000 partners. It claims to be the UK’s leading provider of telecoms billing, provisioning, and customer management solutions to service providers operating in the communications, data, and IT sectors. Its billing software is used to manage communications and data services including fixed line, cloud, mobile, data and next-generation networks.
“ We have consistently stayed ahead of the curve and adapted to changing market conditions, developing innovative products and services that meet the needs of our partners and streamlining their billing processes. These efforts have contributed to more than doubling both our team and our revenue over the past two years, and today, Union Street bills billions of pounds each year on behalf of our partners” Disneur said.
