TES has unveiled its new state-of-the-art UK headquarters in the West Midlands.

The new facility was unveiled by Cannock Chase MP Amanda Milling during the opening ceremony.

Over 100 staff will work at the facility, with TES specialising in driving sustainable technology lifecycle solutions.

The company was founded in 2005 and has over 42 TES-owned facilities across 21 countries.

TES has set a target to repurpose 1 billion kgs of its assets by the end of the decade.

Progress

Commenting on the new facility TES UK general manager Darren Hunt said: “Combining the move to our new facility and the bringing together of all of our portfolio of services serves as a reminder as to how far we’ve come in such a relatively short space of time.

“As an organisation, TES is collectively reimagining the technology lifecycle and, in doing so, tackling the growing issue that is e-waste. This progress is a testament to our dedication in leveraging the circular economy on behalf of our customers.”

Milling added “It is a vote of confidence in our local area when businesses relocate to Cannock Chase, and it is clearly recognised as a great place to do business.”
