The programme includes tutorials on how partners can improve various areas of their business, with the first focused on mobility management

Tech Data has launched a new programme designed to help its partners understand more about managing mobile devices across their work force and increase efficiency in the area.

The Basingstoke-based distributor announced the launch of the ‘Enterprise Mobility Management Hub’ today (December 5). It contains various articles and guides on the topic, as well as tutorials on mobile application and content management. Partners can access a tool which will also enable them to assess their customer’s position on mobility management and how it can be improved.

It is the first in a range of guides under the ‘Trusted Advisor knowledge and development programme.’ More focusing on various other topics will be released in the coming months. Tech Data has not confirmed what these will be, however.

Tech Data Azlan solutions practice director Phil King said: “The EMM pages contain a wealth of informative and content that will enable resellers to build and develop the knowledge and capabilities of their sales and technical teams in this important and complex area of the market.

“Resellers need to have authentic, credible and differentiated propositions. The EMM hub – and in particular the Trusted Advisor Blueprints – will help solutions providers to accelerate their capabilities.
