Head of marketing becomes latest staff member to leave service provider, taking up a similar role at the dealer

Former Azzurri head of marketing Dan Roche has joined fellow O2 Centre of Excellence partner Olive Communications as its new marketing director.

Roche (pictured) took up the newly created role at Olive this month after four and a half years with Azzurri. He will be responsible for Olive’s branding, marketing and PR strategy.

He is the latest employee to jump ship from Azzurri to join Olive since its former CEO Martin Flick (now CEO at Olive) joined last December. They include divisional director Paul Butler (now commercial director), head of major bid sales Nick Beardsley (now converged solutions director) and business development manager Gráinne Gormley (now head of corporate sales).

Roche said: “Olive has grown very fast over the last year in terms of proposition and service, but marketing has got a bit of catching up to do.”
