The acquisitions form part of the company’s diversification strategy
Radius today announced the acquisition of Independent telecoms specialist Pure Telecom and business telecoms provider Trinity Maxwell.
Both acquisitions have been acquired to strengthen the Radius group’s existing telecoms portfolio which include Echo Telecoms and Adam Phones, the latter Radius acquired in late 2018.

Ferris joins Radius Group from BT where he served as the Head of Indirect Channel and Business Development for Corporate.
Radius chief executive Bill Holmes said: “These latest acquisitions, along with the appointment of Ray Ferris, highlight our intention to quickly develop our telecoms offer with a strategic approach to regional growth.

Ferris added: “Radius has ambitious growth plans for the telecoms division across the UK and Europe.
“These latest acquisitions give us a greater scale and a platform to achieve rapid growth across mobile, fixed, hosted telephony and unified communications.
