Partnership comes as device protection sector grows
Screen protection company PanzerGlass has made Eurostar Global an official distribution partner in the UK.
Mobile News Award winner Eurostar’s managing director Peter Carnall said the partnership was a natural fit, given the expanding device protection market.
He added that it will allow Eurostar’s B2B customers to maximise the value of their devices by extending their life cycles, and reducing total cost of ownership.
“This new partnership is a significant step in strengthening our presence in the UK,” said PanzerGlass UK sales manager Martin Carter. “We are confident that the synergy of Eurostar Global Electronics and PanzerGlass and our joined actions will be powerful and unlock significant value.”
Eurostar’s head of commercial and vendor management Steve Hankey added: “With devices continuing to increase in cost and both consumers and businesses choosing to hold on to their devices for increasingly longer periods it makes perfect sense for them to protect their investment. PanzerGlass is a leader in this field and the team at Eurostar look forward to helping them grow their brand.”
PanzerGlass’ partnership with Eurostar is its second significant UK partnership this year, after it made UC provider Nice Network its first authorised B2B partner in the country.
Meanwhile, Eurostar saw its turnover for its most recent financial year increase from £88 million to £103 million year-on-year, with sales for May and June increasing 10 per cent.
