The Korean handset maker launched the range at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) at the start of the year

LG’s K Series will go on sale throughout Europe this week. The mid-range, which includes the K10 (pictured) and K4, was unveiled at this year’s CES on January 4.

The Korean manufacturer was unable to confirm exact UK availability, release dates or pricing. Both handsets will be available throughout Latin America, the Middle East and Asia in the coming weeks.

A curved screen and ‘Gesture Shot’ feature are available on both phones. Gesture Shot allows users to take a selfie by simply closing and opening their hand in front of the smartphone’s camera. Google’s Android Lollipop 5.1 operating system is available on either device.

The more premium K10 comes with a 5.3-inch HD display, 13MP rear and 8MP front cameras, and a 2,300mAh battery. A 1.3GHz Quad-Core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory are also included. It is available in white, indigo or gold colours.

The cheaper K4 has a 4.5-inch HD display alongside 5MP rear and 2MP front cameras. LG has added a 1GHz Quad-Core processor, 1,940mAh battery, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. Available colours include white and indigo.
