The GSMA has appointed Gray Dawes Travel as its official MWC21 Barcelona business travel partner.
It means that the independent travel management company will handle all support and consultancy for those travelling to the event.
This includes advice and support covering Covid-19 and PCR testing; travel documentation and visa forms; quarantine and border restrictions and travel itineraries.
GSMA CEO John Hoffman said: “We are focused on helping to pave the way to MWC 21 Barcelona and continue to invest and support the experience.
“We understand as global circumstances shift, expert travel advice and help are invaluable. That’s why we are providing a travel service from Gray Dawes. MWC 21 attendees will have the travel support they need.”
MWC is due to go ahead in Barcelona from June 28 to July 1 and will be a hybrid event with virtual experiences for those that can’t attend.
Keynote speeches, conference sessions and partner programmes will be live-streamed for people to view around the globe.
