Secondary market logistics and services company BlankIT has appointed Dan Jackson as Operations Director. Jackson joins from his current role at Adapt Global.
Jackson has held positions at Assurant, LikeWize, and AO. His move to BlankIT reunites him with BlankIT’s founder, Paul Schofield, as the two had worked together in other organizations.
Schofield commented, “Dan and I have worked closely together in previous roles where we seamlessly moved the entire LSG (now Assurant) warehouse operation from Brightstar (now Likewize), to TMT First without any operational downtime or hiccups.
“Dan has an amazing approach towards his work and is extremely well respected throughout the industry. We had to ensure someone with integrity and a great depth of knowledge and Dan is a perfect fit for this role.
“BlankIT has so many opportunities for growth. The management team needs bolstering to deliver for our customers and Dan will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions for these opportunities.
Jackson added, ‘“I’m delighted to be joining Paul, and the BlankIT team. Like so many in the industry I’ve used their services numerous times, and now look forward to helping the business grow its operation to the next level”.
Schofield established BlankIT after serving nearly 13 years as the Technical Director at TMT First. His company offers inspection, configuration, data destruction, kitting, fulfilment, and warranty services to clients.
Note: Paul Schofield will be a speaker at the Mobile News’ Secondary Market Conference, Circular Summit, where he will lead a session on certification and grading standards.
