EE has unveiled an updated version of its ‘My EE’ application which allows customers to keep track of their mobile usage.
The app, which is available now from Android, iOS, BlackBerry 10 and Windows Phone 8 app stores, can be used by contract customers to buy add-ons such as data bundles or to upgrade their plan.
Prepay customers can use My EE to check their balance and top-up their account.
The app enables customers to link their bill to their phone’s address book so it shows who they’ve called and texted.
EE director of digital Dominic Collins said: “Following feedback from customers we’ve redesigned the MY EE app to offer new features and make it even more intuitive – helping them to keep up to date with their mobile account in a convenient and simple way.”
