Resource for B2B partners aimed at providing them with tools to drive up sales

EE has launched a new version of its partner portal that it claims will help better educate its reseller partners and ultimately boost sales performance.

The new portal was unveiled to around 20 selected EE partners during an event held at Chelsea football clubs Stamford Bridge stadium June 8 and went live last week.

Features on the portal, which is now specifically designed for the B2B channel (previous included B2B and B2C) include a number of self-service tools, such as the ability to access training course materials for new tariffs  and products, including accessories and handsets devices.

Dealers will also be able to access EE online marketing and branding materials, which can be customised to their own business and used as part of their promotions and services offered.

EE head of indirect business sales Nigel Dean told Mobile News: “This event was a great way to kick start the second half and support our partners as they continue to drive sales, retention and market share in the B2B indirect channel.

“Our completely redesigned partner portal for business will help all of our partners access information and create marketing materials more easily, and our new incentive with Samsung creates an exciting way to inject some fun and competition for our partners throughout the second half of the year.”

Incentive
The firm has also used the event to launch a new B2B sales incentive with Samsung, which will run until the end of the year.

This will see partners accrue points through new EE connections and resigns with Samsung devices, with prizes to be unveiled later this month.
