Former Vodafone head of consumer business development Shah replaces Noel Hamill, who becomes MD of marketing
EE has appointed Sanjeev Shah as its new director of indirect partnerships, replacing Noel Hamill who has became managing director of marketing at the operator.
Shah joined EE in 2014 overseeing consumer trading as commercial director. He was previously head of consumer business development at Vodafone for eight months in 2011, where he joined from T-Mobile, where he’d held several roles over a two year period.
His role will oversee all indirect channels. Shah said: “I’m looking forward to working with our channel partners as they help us deliver a great customer experience and extend our reach.”
Shah takes over the role from Noel Hamill, who had held it for over two years. Hamill has been made managing director of marketing at EE.
It is the latest in a number of roles that have been reshuffled following BT’s £12.5 billion acquisition of EE after it was completed in January.
Former sales and marketing director Marc Allera became CEO, taking over from Olaf Swantee, while Gerry McQuade and Fotis Karonis all took on new roles.
