Carl Churchill departs along with former Murphx management team following the completion of a management earn-out

Daisy Wholesale managing director Carl Churchill has left the business along with the former Murphx Innovative Solutions management team after the completion of a management earn-out.

Daisy Group bought data services provider Murphx for £4.8 million in June 2010. Following its successful integration into Daisy Wholesale, Churchill (pictured), Richard Jay, Ben Murphy and Nicki Jay have left the business.

Daisy Group director of shared services Paul Burton has been appointed as interim managing director of the business.

Daisy Wholesale operations director Paul Richens, sales director Garry Growns and finance director Frank Chpman will continue in their existing roles, and together will remain in control of the daily management of the business from the Group’s offices in Lancashire and Hampshire.

Daisy Group CEO Matthew Riley said: “In announcing these changes to the Daisy Wholesale business, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Carl, Richard, Ben and Nicki for their efforts during their time with Daisy Wholesale and wish them each well for the future.

“The strategy of the wholesale business will be to continue focusing on helping our resellers grow, allowing them to develop their own businesses through our channel-leading propositions, backed with the support and training of our pre-sales and customer service teams.”
