Unified communications provider chosen as one of 14 suppliers to deliver communications services under the agreement
Daisy Group has secured a position as one of 14 firms to deliver communication services within the Government Procurement Service’s Public Services Network (PSN) Services Framework.
The framework will run for an initial two-year term, with two one-year extension options.
The PSN framework enables the delivery of public services from any location by any provider across central government departments, non-departmental public bodies, the NHS, local authorities and voluntary sector charities.
Companies are awarded a position on the framework if a number of obligations are met, which cover governance, technical interoperability, service management, commercial approach and information assurance.
Under the framework agreement, Daisy will deliver services including traditional and IP-based voice services, internet services, hosting, co-location, audio conferencing and system maintenance.
