Midland Comms wins Abu Dhabi Grand Prix incentive

Dealer drawn at random from qualifying entrants to win VIP trip to the Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this weekend

Daisy Distribution has announced Midland Communications as the winner of its recent incentive, which sees the dealer win a VIP trip to the Formula One Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this weekend.

The incentive launched on August 20 and ran until September 26, which involved receiving a ticket to a prize draw for every BlackBerry Z10, Q10 and Q5 they bought.

Participating dealers also had to complete the online BlackBerry 10 eLearning modules to take part, enabling them to be fully equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to sell smartphones running the operating system.

Dave Webster and Stuart Mico, who are joint owners of Midland Communcations, were drawn at random form the qualifying entrants of the competition.

They will receive return flights to the UAE with Etihad Airways, as well as five star accommodation from November 1-4, three day hospitality race access including ‘Golden Circle entry to the post-race concert with the teams and drivers, a team git pack and premium passes to the Yas Island theme parks.

Daisy Distribution marketing director Julien Parven (pictured) said: “The promotion proved to be a huge success thanks to it being open to our existing partners, those acquired through the recent MoCo Communications acquisition and any other independent channel partners.”

Mico added: “We’re both extremely excited to go to Abu Dhabi as it’s somewhere we’ve never been before. Rewards like this justify all the hard work and effort all our staff put in to ensure we achieve our accreditations.”
