The vendor grew by 131 per cent YoY in European during the last quarter
OnePlus is the fastest-growing smartphone brand in Europe, with the Chinese vendor retaining its place in the top five in the third quarter.
OnePlus registered growth of 131 per cent year-on-year in the quarter, taking its European users past three million, according to Counterpoint Research.
The UK is one of the vendor’s biggest markets in Europe.
OnePlus – part of the BBK Group that also includes Oppo, Vivo and Realme – experienced its biggest surge in Northern Europe, where sales were up by more than 200 per cent.
The vendor’s partnership with Amazon has been cited as a significant reason for the growth, with the UK among the biggest markets for this.
Growing community
“We are very pleased with our performance in Europe, backed by a wider product portfolio, our ever-growing community in Europe and stronger ties with our partners,” said OnePlus Europe head of strategy Tuomas Lampen.
“Today, we proudly serve our users with a OnePlus experience across a range of price points.”
