Summary
Most smartphones are excellent for social media and documents, so the task was finding the maximum allowances at a low price.
The offer from Jean-Paul at Carphone was so difficult to understand and his rudeness didn’t help that.
Jade at EE didn’t pay much attention to what I needed either.
O2’s Jenn did understand the task but got a lot of her information wrong and spent a lot of time talking to other people too.
Kevin at Vodafone got everything right, had the best range of devices and the nicest shop, but seemed to forget why I wanted the phone.
Eren at Three got everything spot on, found a great deal and did all this with a smile.
