Summary
Black Friday may be a new tradition but buying someone a prepay phone as a present isn’t.
You would therefore expect the retailers to excel in finding a bargain handset as a gift.
That wasn’t the case at Three or Carphone as both offered poor deals and little information.
Mark at EE was a lot better but the long wait and his failure to go that extra step let him down.
O2’s Chani handled the queue’s better and managed to offer a good range of handsets but some of her knowledge was limited.
Paul at Vodafone answered every question confidently, politely and found a great offer.
