The acquisitions adds an additional 1,500 customers for Daisy Comms
Daisy Communications has acquired hosted telephony solutions provider Premier Choice Telecoms.
The acquisition of the Kent-based business will enable Daisy Comms to boost its offering within the health, education and charity sectors.
This deal will add an additional 1,500 customers to Daisy Comms and will incorporate Premier Choice Telecoms 40-strong workforce.
As part of the acquisition Premier Choice Telecom will become part of the Daisy Group.
Premier Choice managing director Nick Stansfield said: “After 20 years of building Premier Choice Telecom, we’ve decided it’s the right time to step away.
“However, we’re confident we’ve left the business in safe, reliable and capable hands and are stepping away safe in the knowledge that Daisy Communications will not only continue to offer the same great service to our customers but also give our dedicated employees learning and growth opportunities.”
Daisy CEO Dave McGinn (pictured) added that the acquisition will “strengthen Daisy’s proposition to businesses, especially those within health.”
