Summary
The total costs were comparable, and therefore negligible. Broadband speed was a consideration. But most of all the service was impressive, and no one performed badly.
Staff were well aware of their specific network provisions and they had information on hand to support them in most cases.
Tesco pipped Virgin and Orange to the post due to a much better explanation of what I could receive and the combined features of an Orange mobile tariff and Tesco home phone and broadband.
