Summary

All stores were able to advise on which handsets and deals would best suit my requirements.

The service from Orange was very poor – I had to remind them several times what my budget was! Sonia in T-Mobile was attentive and explained all the options, including SIM-free. Virgin provided good information, options and recommendations. Service was also great in O2; Tom was pleasant and informative.

The winner, David at Vodafone, was polite and approachable throughout all my questions. He was the only one who gave a demo of the recommended handset, as well as offering the TechTeam aftercare package.  A fantastic experience in which he listened to my needs and helped.
