Mukherjee replaces Bailey as Vodafone Partner Services head

Vodafone Partner Services (VPS) operations head appointed to lead VPS as Bailey moves to take charge of the operator’s Business Services division

Vodafone has appointed head of VPS operations Rob Mukherjee as the new head of VPS. He replaces Tony Bailey (pictured), who now leads Vodafone Business Services.

Mukherjee had run Yes Telecom’s sales team for four-and-a-half years and more recently the VPS operations team for almost 18 months.

Bailey’s new role covers the operator’s specialist sales organisations and business consultants supporting unified communications, mobile data services and M2M, as well as its unified communications design and operations team in Burton, Staffordshire.

Vodafone director of small business Tim Stone said: “This is a great opportunity for Tony who will continue to push our business forward as we look further beyond mobile.
