EE launches ‘visual voicemail’ service for iPhone 5 users

Customers on 4GEE tariffs can get service set up on their handset in any EE store

EE has today launched a ‘visual voicemail’ service which enables iPhone 5 customers to view all voicemail messages simultaneously.

The service also means customers can listen to their voicemails in a preferred order, and use play and pause buttons to control playback of messages.

Users can also replay portions of voicemails using the scrubber bar on their device.

New iPhone 5 customers on 4GEE plans can get visual voicemail activated in store or online, while existing iPhone 5 customers with the operator can activate it via text.
