The cloud-based contact centre is expected to help bridge digital gap for SMEs

UC provider Gamma Communications has launched a new cloud-based contact centre solution designed to help small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).

The omnichannel solution is called Horizon Contact and launched today (March 2).

Horizon Contact offers a variety of services for voice, email and webchat interactions and is designed for a broad range of handsets.

It also supports WebRTC technology, which enables people to work anywhere at any given time via a supported browser.

The solution has also been designed to work alongside other systems including Gamma Horizon and Horizon Collaborate.

Gamma chief marketing and product officer Chris Wade says Horizon Contact will help SMEs find a more affordable contact centre solution.

“Horizon Contact from Gamma will bridge that gap by offering all businesses an easy-to-use, manage and deploy solution that they can afford. Channel partners have the ability to provide the ideal technology to help SMEs supercharge their customer experience.

“Built within the core Horizon service, Horizon Contact provides a fantastic opportunity for partners to build on their current offering.”
