The O2 Direct Partner has identified its new Bruton office as its first ‘satellite office’
Uplands Mobiles has opened up a new office in Somerset as the company seeks to broaden its customer base.
The new office is located in Bruton, which is Uplands first ‘satellite office’ away from its main Swansea HQ.
This comes as the O2 Direct Partner, which provides mobile, telephony and IT support services to the B2B market, marks 43 years since it first opened its Swansea office.
Uplands managing director and owner Paul Hooper (pictured) identifies the region as having the potential to thrive in the coming years.
“This part of the country has a thriving economy with great potential for growing businesses. Links to London and Bristol are strong,” Hooper told Mobile News.
“Bruton itself really punches above its weight, especially in retail, hospitality and vibrant rural business communities, which are very strong despite the difficult times we have seen in recent years due to the pandemic.”
The new office will support four members of the team based in the area, and will also be used as a meeting hub with presentation facilities for customers.
