Fixed-line holds talks about expanding its B2B offering to include mobile services
Fixed-line and IT supplier Thorntons Communications is looking to expand its customer offering to include mobile services.
The B2B provider is searching for a supplier through which it can offer deals on Vodafone, O2 and Orange.
It has spoken to Gamma Mobile, which offers Vodafone contracts, about the possibility of a partnership.
Thorntons replaced its sales manager earlier this year, which it says signalled a return to its customer focus.
Thorntons Communications operations manager Kevin King said: “Now we are at a stage where we really want to see what our product portfolio is going to be and start offering that out to the customer again.
“Rather than just a service, we want to go out and offer to our customers actual products.
“Over the last few months we’ve gone back to providing good customer service on our existing products, we now want to go out there and also offer them the latest products in the marketplace, one of which is mobile.”
