Samsung Electronics UK has promoted Annika Bizon to Vice President of Product and Marketing for Mobile Experience (MX) in the UK and Ireland.
The company stated: “In this role, Annika will build on the successful launch of the Galaxy S25 series and continue expanding the Galaxy AI user base. Her responsibilities have included leading Samsung’s Marketing & Omnichannel strategy, as well as overseeing the MX division in Ireland.
“Her passion for putting the customer first has driven both consumer engagement and commercial success, strengthening Samsung UK & Ireland’s market share and brand perception across the Galaxy ecosystem.”
Before joining Samsung, Bizon held senior roles at 20th Century Fox and Three UK, where she worked on transitioning brands to a digital-first approach.
As part of her new role, she will spearhead Galaxy AI adoption, drive innovation and development, and enhance Samsung’s ecosystem proposition.

Together with my team, I will focus on putting the consumer first, ensuring that every interaction with our products and services is seamless and makes them proud to own a Samsung device.”
Richard Chang, Corporate Vice President of Samsung UK & Ireland’s Mobile Division, added: “As Marketing & Omnichannel Director, Annika has been dedicated to delivering a best-in-class customer experience while also leading our Irish business. More recently, she has taken on responsibility for the product team, with category management as a key focus area.
