Samsung appoints new marketing & omni channel director

Bizon previously worked in senior positions at 20th Century Fox and was a go-to-market and channel management director at Three UK.

Samsung has announced that Annika Bizon will lead its marketing & omni channel teams which have formed one unit.

The newly formed team will be responsible for delivering consistent, high quality activity across online retail, call centres and marketing.

She joined Samsung as omni channel strategy director of its mobile experience division in June 2021 and has used her leadership and business experience to deliver effective strategies and executions across the channel.

Bizon said: “This is an opportunity to unite two great teams who will work to deliver on our plans and commercial priorities. 

“This structural change will help us reach the next level in performance while ensuring we are future-proofed and firmly remain innovators in our industry.”

Samsung UK & Ireland corporate vice president Conor Pierce added: “This is an exciting time for Samsung, building on 2021 successes including the launch of our Galaxy Z Series, an expanding product and Connected Services ecosystem and an industry-leading enterprise portfolio.

“Annika’s experience and proven success makes her the ideal person to lead this important team.”
