‘Affordable’ smartphone now on sale at Carphone Warehouse, O2, Tesco, Virgin and Amazon
Microsoft has announced the availability of the Lumia 535 smartphone in the UK.
It is now on sale at Carphone Warehouse, O2, Tesco, Virgin and Amazon from £79 on prepay, and comes in a range of colours including green, orange, white, dark grey, cyan and black.
Microsoft said it expects the device to be available in additional sales channels over the coming weeks.
The Lumia 535 is powered by a 1.2HGz quad-core processor and comes with the latest Windows hone 8.1 update, Lumia Denim.
It has a five-inch qHD screen, five megapixel rear and front cameras and 8GB of internal memory that can be expanded by 128GB with a microSD card.
Additional features include built-in Skype integration, which enables users to seamlessly switch between voice and video calls, 15GB of OneDrive cloud storage and Microsoft’s personal assistant service, Cortana.
