Event will see attendees find out from distributors, networks and developers on a number of additional ways to boost sales

Mobile News is hosting a conference on January 24 in London to investigate opportunities to boost revenue streams in the mobile channel.

‘Seizing New Revenue Opportunities’, which is being held at 30 Euston Square, will see attendees find out from distributors, networks and developers on a number of additional ways to boost sales, such as how disruptive new Internet of Things (IoT) technologies can dramatically improve these beyond conventional mobile voice and data.

The half-day event, which costs £60 per ticket and is free to dealers and resellers, begins at 1pm on and will be chaired by Plan.com co-founder and CEO of former Vodafone airtime distributor Yes Telecom, Keith Curran.

It will include presentations from Fidelity Energy managing director Jon Haw, Crystal Ball managing director Raj Singh, Microsoft business lead for IoT and advanced analytics Alex Montgomery, O2 head of IoT wholesale distribution Bernie McPhillips and Exertis head of smart tech and IoT Rod Slater.

Question and answer sessions will take place with presenters throughout the day, which will end with networking drinks from 4:30pm.
