Currys’ MVNO iD Mobile, has reached the two million subscriber milestone, adding 488,000 new subscribers in the past year.
iD Mobile, whch launched nine years ago is hosted by Three and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Currys.
It positions itself as a “value” network promoting affordability, flexibility, and a variety of features. It received ‘Great Value’ recognition from Which? and was awarded ‘Best Contract Value for Money’ at the 2024 Uswitch Telecoms Awards. Trusted Reviews named iD Mobile the ‘Best Value Network’ in 2024. Additional accolades for its data and roaming services include ‘Best Network for Data’ (Uswitch 2024) and ‘Best Network for Roaming’ (Trusted Reviews 2024).
Some of its value propositions are Data Rollover, Inclusive EU Roaming, and Bill Capping. iD Mobile’s recent campaign claims that customers can save up to £230 annually by switching to iD Mobile.
